We are looking for a stay-at-home cook / acting house manager when and if needed, for an executive villa in Adma Lebanon.

The cook will be responsible of the 3 main courses meal of the owner (single, 50 years old) , with the house workers (helpers, security, and gardeners – total of 5) on daily basis. In addition to that, the cook should be able to cater for 20 to 30 people – with the help of the helpers in logistics and kitchen cleaning, when and if needed. Alongside this job, and since this is a full-time position, the cook will be asked to overview the house needs and make sure helpers and workers are on schedule and tasks are completed in an effective manner.

Requirements

- Female
- English and/or Arabic knowledge is a must
- Maximum 45 years old
- Experienced in basic international cuisine with ability to learn and implement new cuisines
- Experienced in basic sweets and drinks preparation
- Knowledgeable in food safety processes
- Knowledgeable in the table setting protocols, serving protocols, etc
- Knowledgeable in stocks creation and monitoring
- Minimal experience as a chef, assistant chef or cook
- Additional experience as restaurant or house manager is a plus but not a requirement
- Basic computer skills (word, excel) are a plus
- Candidate should be presentable, responsible, organized and possess strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Candidate should be willing to work and reside at the villa – with 1 day off per week taken inside and/or outside the villa

- 1 year contract with 15 days annual leave as per Lebanese labor law
