We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure the availability of materials and services.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure the best value for the organization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide strategic guidance.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Oversee the procurement team and provide leadership and guidance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills
