Skills

  • Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.).
  • Excellent creative skills and detail-oriented individual.
  • Professional experience and certifications in culinary arts, baking and associated domains.
  • Proven experience in handling food sanitation in the kitchen and ensuring that all bakery items are prepared according to the standard regulations.
