Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Advisor to join our team. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for engaging potential customers, promoting our products (BIOSPHERE), and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales knowledge, and adaptability to effectively engage with customers in different environments.



Responsibilities:



Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
Utilize persuasive communication skills to capture the attention and interest of prospects.
Close sales and achieve sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the product or service being sold to convey its benefits and address customer queries.
Build rapport with customers to establish trust and maintain positive relationships.
Handle rejection, stay motivated, and persist in reaching sales goals.
Adapt quickly to different customer needs and changing market conditions.
Organize and manage time effectively to handle a high volume of calls and prioritize tasks.
Identify and address customer concerns and objections to overcome obstacles and close sales.


Qualifications:



Excellent oral communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive speaking.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
Ability to quickly learn and effectively convey product or service knowledge.
Proven track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets.
Resilience and persistence in a sales environment.
Adaptability to different customer needs and market conditions.
Effective organization and time management skills.
Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and objections.
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English
