Job Summary:
As a Lead Generator Officer, your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in the company's growth by initiating contact with prospective customers through various channels and nurturing them until they are ready to engage with our sales representatives. Your goal is to build a pipeline of qualified leads to support the company's sales efforts and contribute to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email outreach, social media management and engagement, content creation, advertisement, and networking to generate leads.
* Research: Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information about their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
* Qualification: Assess the quality and suitability of leads by engaging in meaningful conversations, asking relevant questions, and understanding their pain points and requirements.
* Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads through regular follow-ups, providing valuable information, and addressing their inquiries to move them through the sales funnel.
* Database Management: Keep accurate records of all lead interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information to ensure effective lead management and tracking.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
* Experience: Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and convey information.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with leads and collaborate with internal teams.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and other relevant technologies for lead generation and management.
* Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and achieve desired outcomes.
* Proficiency in Canva and/or Photoshop or any related platforms
