Join our dynamic team as a Senior Financial Accountant, where your expertise will be crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and providing strategic insights. This role involves overseeing financial statements, managing close processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Lead and mentor junior staff, implement internal controls, and stay updated on accounting standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is a plus.
