The Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers to retailers and customers. They also manage orders and coordinate the stock of materials and equipment to ensure the company has everything needed.

Duties & Responsibility
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Coordinating with other members of the supply chain including suppliers, vendors, shipping companies, clearing agents and warehouse managers to ensure all shipments are delivered on time.
• Follow up the production or the customers’ orders.
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status or delivery issues to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain.
• Reviewing inventory levels, prices, and vendor contracts to identify areas for improvement in efficiency or cost savings.
• Being responsible for the supply database and the correct filing and archiving of the supply documentation to guarantee the availability and the coherence of supply data.
• Communicating with customers, keeping them up to date concerning their orders status and prioritizing procurement and transport according to their needs
• Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products.
• Supervise the inbound & outbound teams.
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, import & export shipment, suppliers etc.
• Check invoices from agents, Freight forwarders & Suppliers.
• Prepare accurate reports to the Logistics & Supply Chain officer & Manager/HOD
