Job Title: Senior Full Stack Odoo Developer

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Full Stack Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customized Odoo solutions that meet our clients' business needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on Odoo ERP framework.

Responsibilities:

1. Odoo Development:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Odoo modules, features, and enhancements.
- Customize and extend existing Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

2. Front-End Development:
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Design and implement UI/UX improvements to enhance the overall user experience of Odoo applications.

3. Back-End Development:
- Architect and develop robust back-end solutions using Python and the Odoo framework.
- Integrate Odoo with other systems and third-party applications as needed.
- Optimize performance and ensure the scalability of the Odoo applications.

4. Database Management:
- Design, implement, and optimize database structures within the context of Odoo.
- Ensure data integrity and security in Odoo databases.

5. Customization and Configuration:
- Customize and configure Odoo to meet specific business requirements, including workflow configurations, forms, reports, and dashboards.

6. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and address any bugs or issues.

7. Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions, configurations, and customizations.

8. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery.

9. Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on the usage and functionality of Odoo applications.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Odoo development.
3. Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
4. In-depth knowledge of the Odoo ERP framework and its modules.
5. Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as Bootstrap, jQuery, or Vue.js.
6. Familiarity with database systems, particularly PostgreSQL.
7. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Previous experience in a senior or lead developer role is preferred.
