Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using a variety of tools (Bitbucket, GitHub, etc.) for multiple projects.
• Administer and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications and systems.
• Provision, configure, and maintain AWS cloud services, including but not limited to IAM Policies, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
• Explore and integrate Azure cloud services as needed to support project requirements and business goals.
• Utilize JavaScript frameworks for scripting and automation tasks.
• Manage source control including branch strategies and merging practices.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Well versed with Agile and sprint planning.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members, and managing expectations.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures in Confluence.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and across multiple clients.
• Use Jira for task tracking and workflow management, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
• Proven ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter who can execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies in processes, and demonstrated experience in proposing and implementing improvements to streamline operations and enhance system reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, continuously exploring new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps role with a strong focus on AWS services.
• Certifications in AWS
• Proficiency in managing and deploying applications on AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab, etc.
• Familiarity with a variety of JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of source control management with GIT.
• Knowledge of Confluence and Jira.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging startup environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Certifications in Azure.
