Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and financial performance metrics to provide management with actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate and lead annual audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to recommend process improvements and optimize financial operations
