1. About Tag Privé

Tag Privé is part of a luxury retail company that specializes in sourcing European luxury fashion brands and selling them to the Lebanese market. Brand portfolio includes Emporio Armani, Armani Jeans, Valentino, and other European designers. Tag Privé has a strong heritage in the fashion industry for over 40 years and currently has 2 physical stores in operation. Tag Privé aims to serve the affordable luxury market. The brand has a website as well as a physical store in Clemenceau.

2. Role Purpose

The role has been recently created following the launch of the online store and the creation of an online presence for the brand “Tag Privé”. The objective of the role is to drive the daily activity of Tag Privé’s online presence through managing online assets and social media.

3. Scope

• The Tag Privé website and related inventory
• @tagprive on Facebook and Instagram
• Social media content and material
• Customer engagement and responding to enquiries

4. Time Commitment

• This is a full time ongoing role, it is performance/deliverable based
• Working schedule can be agreed in advance with company management to clarify timing for deliverables.
• Candidate should be available for meetings and calls where necessary to discuss the material and posting schedule.

5. Objectives

• Manage Tag Privé’s online store and associated inventory
• Drive traffic and grow online sales channel
• Drive and grow Tag Privé’s online presence
• Ensure daily activity of Tag Privé’s social media accounts
• Grow the brand’s affordable fashion status on social media to relevant audience

6. Deliverables
• Regular upkeep of digital assets and website inventory
• Manage online shop, data upload process and stock updates
• Manage fulfilment process with store sales teams and logistics team
• Create a weekly / monthly social media calendar
• Execute the social media calendar for the brand
• Create artwork and media for the posting schedule, this includes product photos, quotes, videos in appropriate formats
• Research Instagram trends in the fashion industry and apply relevant ideas to Tag Privé’s calendar, this includes new relevant hashtags, trending campaigns, new caption trends, post formats etc
• Material should cover both regular posts for Facebook and Instagram as well as Instagram stories
• Draft accompanying captions and hashtags across both Facebook and Instagram
• Take pictures of products for the purpose of social media depending on stock activity and seasonal demands.
• Schedule posts on social media platforms using scheduling tools (Facebook Creator Studio) or similar.
• Respond to engagement comments and product availability to DMs and Whatsapp messages.
• Delivers regular post performance reports and analysis on post improvement plans (followers, likes, engagement, comments).
• Organise photoshoots and creates content for the brand's digital presence.
• Engage with suppliers and specialists to deliver marketing collateral
• Engage with brand marketing specialists

7. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an e-commerce professional, with solid inventory coordination and order management skills.
• Excellent understanding of web design and online shop tools
• Excellent communication & copywriting skills
• Skilled with design software – Canva / Adobe creative software
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels
• Excellent research skills to stay up-to-date with online trends in the luxury fashion industry
• Interested in the fashion industry
