Do you have the skills and expertise needed to be our next astute procurement officer?

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized procurement officer with purchasing experience to manage purchases, develop and maintain positive relation with suppliers.

In this position, you will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization. You will follow procurement procedures and will be in constant quest of innovations in the packaging and raw materials in the F&B industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:


You will review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
You will develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
You will negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
You will ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
· You will undertake authorized purchases on time to meet the delivery lead time.

You will make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
You will maintain a professional communication with internal and external parties (Suppliers, all departments).
You will coordinate with the food safety department to continuously evaluate the sources.
You will coordinate with the operations division and suppliers to understand and meet the customers’ needs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
1 to 2 of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good analytical and organization skills
Extended knowledge in the procurement of raw materials and packaging in the F&B industry
