A leading provider in the pest control and cleaning industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is critical in driving our business forward in Beirut and Saida, ensuring operational excellence, and leading our sales strategy to capture and grow our market share.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in both pest control and cleaning services.
Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery that meets the high standards of our clients.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business and performance goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market opportunities and implement effective marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and operations accordingly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales and Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in the pest control, cleaning, or related service industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
