The Language Platform (TLP) is seeking two senior linguists and two junior linguists to cover night shifts spanning from 12 AM to 8 AM, Jordan time. The work schedule is designed to have each team, comprising one senior and one junior linguist, operate for four shifts one week and three shifts the following week, ensuring comprehensive weekend coverage.

• Language Combinations: From & into English & Arabic.
• Type of Texts: Primarily business consultancy, although topics may vary.
• Project Duration: Open.
• Probation Period: One month. Possibility of long-term engagement to be discussed upon completion of probation.
• Engagement Model: Service Provider Agreement.
• Job Location: Remote work.

Senior Linguist Responsibilities:

• Translate up to 2,000 words per shift or proofread/edit up to 6,000 words per shift.
• Oversee the work of junior linguists.
• Coordinate tasks with the Operations Team.

Years of experience: 4-6 years.
Remuneration: $1,500 per month.


Junior Linguist Responsibilities:

• Translate up to 2,000 words per shift.
• Coordinate tasks with the Operations Team.

Remuneration: $1,000 per month.
