R&D Officer

Prepare samples for new and amended products
-Test new raw materials to check for conformity to new or amended formula once received a new raw material
-Test prototypes samples against recipe standard
-Organize tasting to Check with the GM the test parameters related to each product (texture, taste, mouthfeel, viscosity and color….).
-Ensure proper filing for all R&D documents and records




Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Food Science or any related field
