We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our team at AMB Group in Beirut, Lebanon.

>Key Responsibilities:

•Manage all aspects of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

•Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive workplace culture, compliance with labor laws, and best practices.

•Lead leadership development programs and initiatives to enhance employee growth, engagement, and retention.

•Conduct training sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, and managerial skills development.

•Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.

•Utilize strong managerial skills to lead and develop the HR team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

•Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

>Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR management or related field.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive and friendly approach.
- Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
