Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction engineering and a strong understanding of construction processes and materials.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
* Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, work schedules, and quality control records.
* Manage material procurement, inventory, and delivery to ensure timely availability of materials on site.
* Provide technical support and guidance to construction workers and subcontractors.
* Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and best practices on site.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in a site engineer role.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
