Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Agent to join our

sales team. The Pre-Sales Agent will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential

suppliers and partners to drive sales opportunities and revenue growth. This position requires excellent

communication skills, a strong understanding of our products or services, and the ability to effectively

articulate value propositions to prospects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and

passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the pre-sales process.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs through the Sales representative’s request and profiling of the customer in order to make sales presentations remotely for products CTS sells.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
  • Lead generation for Sales Executives.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time.
  • Plan sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors, and the demonstration of the business.
  • Prepare presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the
  • sales department. 
  • Answer customers’ RFPs and RFIs for our local and global sales teams.
  • Get engaged with the customers' suppliers and partners and the interpretation of their needs to derive advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands.
  • Collaborate with sales, product managers, and operations/technical teams to design customized solutions that meet customers’ needs.
  • Be able to handle cross-departmental communication and collaboration with other departments
  • to develop strategies for the success of a project, a POC….
  • Providing ongoing support to the sales team for successful opportunities.

Skills

  • Qualifications:
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact.
  • Well-versed with Excel and CRM software.
  • Experience in RFPs and RFIs, POCs is required
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Able to recognize the demands on the side of the clients - analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Capacity to work within a team
  • Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
