Role Overview:
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll lead the design, optimization and maintenance of mechanical systems in a food production setting. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects, implementing advanced technologies and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and optimization of mechanical components and systems from concept to production
• Conduct thorough analysis and testing to validate design performance and durability
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster their growth and development
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical systems with electrical, software, and hardware components
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and production interruptions (PPM)
• Implement changes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
