Loyalty Program Supervisor/Manager – Beirut, Lebanon

Loyalty Supervisor/Manager is required immediately for a Fintech Company located in Beirut.
To Play a vital role in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing the company's loyalty program. They will be responsible for fostering customer engagement, driving retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value through innovative loyalty initiatives and seamless program execution.
Candidate must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in loyalty program management, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving user engagement and loyalty.
- Knowledge of e-wallet platforms, mobile payments, and digital financial services is a plus.
