Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the overall business objectives
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives
- Lead the financial planning and forecasting process, providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with all tax and financial regulations
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls and financial systems
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support

Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial analysis
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies and plans
- Experience in managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
