We are looking for an IT assistant Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the section's overall activities
• Supervise the compliance with the company's policies and procedures, as well as the Lebanese laws and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of the department's yearly plan & budget
• Assist in the development of the department's policies and procedures
• Monitor and report the performance of direct subordinates and recommend appropriate training
• Ensure the proper handling of the database system
• Ensure the proper distribution of workload and put workflow in order
• Ensure the proper maintenance and update of the hardware inventory
• Ensure the proper support to systems and network in the head office and branches
• Monitor LAN / WAN equipment's (routers and switches) in the head office and branches
• Receive and convey support calls to concerned units
• Ensure the proper follow-up on support calls
• Follow-up project deadlines
• Supervise vendors relationships (orders shipments, hardware selection, support, maintenance)
• Check received equipment's and supervise their testing
• Monitor the day-to-day smooth running of the main system
• Handle all hardware equipment’s in the company
• Check systems logs
• Check network operations
• Process user support requests
• Run the end of day, end of month, quarterly and end of year process
• Produce the related end of day, end of month, quarterly and end of year reports
• Ensure the startup and the shutdown of main systems and databases
• Process the fixed assets system
• Maintain user privileges
• Create / delete / maintain users
• Monitor and secure all database systems
• Document the database structure
• Ensure the proper backup process
• Supervise projects related to the implementation of new applications
• Supervise users' acceptance testing
• Monitor and report the performance of direct subordinates and recommend appropriate training
• Maintain the database
• Perform the data migration and cleaning
• Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Requirements:
• BA degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge in operating systems and networks.
• Good working knowledge of English and Arabic.
• Highly cooperative team spirit
