Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Spoils our guests with a very big smile.
2. Reports and communicates to the waiter.
3. Communicates guests’ comments and relative information with the Floor Manager
4. Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
5. Checks and follows all the instructions given by the waiter or floor manager.
6. Does not leave work area without notifying the restaurant Floor Manager.
7. Reports for duties on time with clean attire.
8. Performs a high quality of service standard at all times.
9. Helps and assists anyone whenever needed.
10. Follows all hygiene standards at all times.
11. Is familiar with the menu and food terminology; is responsible of passing the food and the beverage to the waiter.
12. Checks the dirty ashtrays on a regular basis and replaces them.
13. Pours water whenever needed to the guests.
14. Makes a correct clearing for all the tables.
15. Checks that his section is ready for services:
• Tables are clean and dirty trays and racks are transported to dishwashing area.
• Side station stacked and tidy
• Dusting rails, tables, chairs.
• Cutlery, glassware, and chinaware are well polished
• Wiping menus, napkins holders and refilling salt and pepper shakers
16. Participates actively in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of his section.
17. Attends training sessions as scheduled.
18. Provides courteous and efficient service to guests.
19. Monitors and controls all the operating equipment’s in his section.
20. Undertakes any other reasonable task as requested by his superiors and management.

Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in a similar position
• English Proficiency.
• Good Communication skills
