Purchasing Manager (Restaurant in Ashrafieh)

Duties & responsibilities:
 Researching and identifying potential suppliers for goods and services required by the organization.
 Communicating with suppliers to ensure they deliver goods and services according to the agreed terms and conditions.
 Communicating with suppliers about orders status, about products and services and resolving issues if it appears.
 Analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for
improvement.
 Negotiating price changes with suppliers when costs fluctuate significantly.
 Ensuring that all procurement activities are compatible with organization policies and
relevant laws and regulations.
 Providing support to other departments with procurement-related queries and requests.



Requirements:
 Experience in F&B industry.
 Living in or near Beirut.
 High Respect for Ethical Standards & Confidentiality.
 Proven 2-3 years of work experience in procurement, supply chain or similar role.
 Strong communication skills.
 High attention to details.
 English language is a must
