• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and balance sheets.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist with tax preparation and filing.
• Participate in financial audits and reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
• Managing the organization's cash flow and investments to ensure that funds are available when needed.
• Conducting financial analysis to provide insights into the organization's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Managing the organization's debt and credit to maintain a healthy financial position.
• Ensure cash on sites with numbers of cars, ticket prices and tips.
• Collection of cash sites in head office and registration on system.
• Reconciliation of checks for collection on system vs. in hand.
• Issue daily cash balance.
• Develop the bank position twice per week;
• Follow-up on collection and development of accounts receivable report;

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Excel.
• Proficiency in Odoo Software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
