Job purpose/Summary:
Responsible to ensure Quality Assurance processes of all Storage, Handling and Distribution activities of the distributors as well as to ensure compliance with the set policies.


Job requirements:
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy is mandatory - A Master degree is a Plus
2-3 years of experience within a similar role
Interpersonal skills, negotiation and communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills


Duties & Responsibilities:
· Sets the processes related for pharmaceuticals handling (receipt, control, returned goods…)
· Initiates and follows on implementation of Quality Management System at all departments’ level as well as ISO Quality System (when initiated)
· Audits processes related to good storage/handling/distribution conditions
· Ensures continuous improvement and review of all existing processes
· Suggests continuous improvement and processes to enhance quality of services rendered by the Company
· Ensures implementation of all set processes and preparing of needed material: visual aids, easy-to-understand processes details…
· Sets, internal audit schedule to the warehouses to control right handling of products: products segregation, pricing, holograms placing, stamping….
· Ensures right implementation of quality policies set for sales teams in returning and handling goods
· Follows up expired goods management
· Ensures update of storage conditions manual for all products along with their related registration numbers
· Helps in setting training plans for warehousing and distribution Teams
