Needed an administrative assistance in an Audit Firm

Responsibilities:
- Analytical & Conceptual Skills
- Preparing Offers, Tenders
- File & document in order to facilitate data extraction for both legal & accounting matters
- Prepare and coordinate declarations to submit before Deadline
- Coordinate with banks
- Collection
- Invoicing and prepare receipts
- Support HR Coordinator with tasks as assigned
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administrative
- Experience 2 years
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- English is must, French is additional
