In this exciting role, you'll be the face of our company in the field, acting as a bridge between sales, marketing, and intelligence gathering.

You'll wear multiple hats, introducing potential clients to our company, showcasing our value proposition, and identifying promising leads that fuel our sales pipeline.

Here's what you'll be doing:
• Company Champion: You'll be a walking encyclopedia of our company! Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that highlight our products, services, and competitive advantages. You will actively be in the field meeting with external stakeholders (owner reps, consultant , contractors, traders, owners etc)
• Lead Generation Machine: Develop and implement strategies to identify new leads. Network with industry professionals, attend trade shows, and leverage market research to uncover promising opportunities.
• Construction Project Sherlock: Be our eyes and ears in the field! Identify potential construction projects in your assigned territory. This could involve site visits, attending industry events, or utilizing online resources.
• Data Dynamo: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system. This includes logging leads, project details, and any relevant customer interactions.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• Strong communication and presentation skills to captivate audiences.
• A knack for building rapport and establishing relationships with potential clients.
• Excellent research and analytical skills to identify leads and market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM systems for data entry and management.
• A passion for the construction industry (a plus!).
