A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant.
Main Duties:
- Manage CEO's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field.
- 3 plus years of experience in a similar role.
- Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
