Administrative Commerce Officer

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

- Handling client’s inquiries & requests locally and internationally.
- Processing & following up on client’s orders.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- Attend Meetings and take meetings notes.
- Generating sales reports and other sales related data as needed
- Liasing with staff in other departments
- Coordinating with business development
- Reporting to management



Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in sales, management or related field.
- Fluency in Microsoft office suite (Outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint, etc..)
- Minimum 2 years in commerce dealings.
- Fluency in English, French is a plus.
- Ongoing personality.
- Positive attitude
