The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for planning and coordinating of various construction field execution activities related to mechanical.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
1 Responsible for implementing and monitoring of all mechanical related works on site;
2 Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources required for all mechanical and related works prior to execution;
3 Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required;
4 Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, and project specifications;
5 Update the MEP Coordinator on daily basis regarding the status of the mechanical works (i.e. unsolved problems, matters requiring decision, progress etc.);
6 Prepares Material, SD and Payment Certificate related to the mechanical package prior submittal to Engineer;
7 Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards;
8 Responsible for the coordination with all other parties;
9 Manages directly and provide engineering and technical support to all the mechanical work groups on site;
10 Coordinates with client/consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspection
of works;
11 Performs other related duties as required.
12- Previous experience in construction work is highly required
