Location: Amioun, El Koura, Lebanon

Key Responsibilities:
 Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions tailored to specific client needs across websites, social media campaigns, marketing collateral, and branding materials.
 Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, brand guidelines, and target audiences.
 Ensure brand consistency and adherence to client specifications while delivering visually impactful designs.
 Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
 Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, including the exploration of AI-assisted design workflows.

Requirements:
 Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional work for a variety of clients.
 Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
 Solid understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) best practices.
 Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills with the ability to adapt to different brand styles and translate client needs into effective visual communication.
 Excellent attention to detail, client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
 Experience in branding and marketing campaigns is essential.
 Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.

Desired Skills & Pluses:
 Up-to-date with the latest trends in AI-assisted graphic design for streamlining processes or concept exploration.
 Working knowledge of HTML/CSS would be beneficial for web design.
 Experience with video editing and/or motion graphics is a plus.
