Junior Business Controller (Internal auditor at Ivory Coast)

Looking for a business controller for our key account clients (mid and big companies).
The person sought must be at the service of the financial and non-financial performance of our clients who are companies managed mainly via ERP. The Business controller will ensure the proper use of the ERP by the various departments of the company: logistics, purchasing, treasury, operations, accounting, HR, etc. In addition to provide decision-makers with data on operational results and budget forecasts to inform their strategies. Finally, he (or she) can propose corrective measures to improve profitability.

Main activities
Monitoring of results / cost analysis
- Monitor and interpret results achieved in relation to strategic and operational objectives
(financial and qualitative performance) set by management
- Analyze, by type of activity, the costs of products or services and expenses, measure and
monitor variances in results and the risks induced in relation to forecast objectives
- Assess the relevance of strategies, procedures, management tools (Odoo ERP) and
management (KPIs, results dashboards) and their implementation

Monitoring of management reporting
- Periodically communicate financial and management information through reports and
dashboards configured in Odoo
- Write economic analyses and forecasts, summaries on budget management
- Develop long-term estimated financial statements based on business results Proposed corrective measures
- Collaborate with managers and operational staff to determine optimization areas, define budget and qualitative optimization solutions
- Propose improvements or reorientation : strategy, operational objectives, governance,
business plan, procedures, management and steering tools.
- Manage action plans and collaborative projects, support change management (particularly
following the integration of the new ERP) and communicate best practices


Diplomas required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting Management or equivalent
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting and financial techniques, information systems (Excel, spreadsheets, databases, ERP – as Odoo)
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis (multidimensional and descriptive), statistics, economic analysis and accounting
- Control of budget management
- Good knowledge of the company culture (business lines, functioning, values, codes, languages)
- Strategic and operational vision
