As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to build and nurture our online community. You will engage with our audience, execute all paid media ads, and foster meaningful interactions across social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community building.

Responsibilities:
● Execute social media strategies to grow our online community and increase engagement.
● Publish posts on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
● Execute all planned advertising campaigns.
● Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
● Cultivate relationships with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders to foster a sense of community and brand loyalty.
● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and design team, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
● Track and analyze key metrics, such as engagement, reach, and sentiment, to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
● Update website content through the CMS.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy as appropriate.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a social media manager or community manager.
● In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their features, algorithms, and best practices.
● Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-driven mindset.
● Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms.
● Experience with paid social media advertising.
● Passion for community building and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
