- Answer questions about menu items and offer - informed recommendations.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, relaying them clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly and meet guest expectations.
- Maintain a clean and inviting table setting throughout the guest's visit.
- Refill drinks, check in on guests' satisfaction, and address any concerns promptly.
- Process payments and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
