As a Customer Service and Food Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for two crucial aspects of our restaurant operations: ensuring outstanding customer service and maintaining rigorous food safety standards.

In your customer service role, you will actively engage with customers, gather feedback, and take proactive measures to address their concerns and enhance their experience. This includes preparing catering quotations, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

Simultaneously, you will oversee all aspects of food safety within the establishment. This involves conducting regular food safety audits, meticulously inspecting food handling procedures, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to uphold strict adherence to food safety regulations. Your dual focus on customer service and food safety will be instrumental in fostering a positive dining experience
