Job Summary :-
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will provide a variety of administrative and clerical support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
Responsibilities :-
- Provide exceptional phone and email customer service, fielding inquiries, directing calls, and resolving basic customer issues.
- Manage office logistics, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, scheduling appointments and meetings, and booking travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate filing systems (both physical and digital) for company documents and records.
- Assist with data entry, spreadsheet creation and management, and generating reports as needed.
- Manage company calendars and schedules for multiple staff members.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Process invoices and maintain basic accounts payable records (depending on experience).
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements :-
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
- Experience in the construction industry a plus.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to learn.
