Sales Executive, Account Manager

ICC GROUP is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions and services. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As an IT Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our IT solutions and services. You will identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and work to understand their IT needs. Your goal is to achieve and exceed sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand clients' IT challenges and objectives, offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and address any client concerns promptly.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and product advancements.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or technology-related sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
