• Entering customer and transactions data into the ERP system and reconcile the accuracy of information with the source documents within the time limits.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.
• Coordinate with showroom management to execute routine stock count, reconcile the discrepancies and execute the necessary data entry to adjust the variances on the system.
• Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure that all the newly acquired products are entered into the system promptly.
• Receive cash from POS users and reconcile cash balances per cashier.
• Assist in the filing procedure.
• Hand over cash payments to suppliers
