Job Overview
As an IT Infrastructure Manager at Tawfeer Supermarket, you will be responsible for managing all IT activities related to IT Projects, IT Infrastructure, and Help Desk Support by guiding subordinates to ensure all inquiries are supported and guarantee availability of IT Infrastructure resources.

Key Responsibilities, Your Role is to...
• Develop and ensure the implementation of the IT Department’s Infrastructure policies and procedures to achieve the department’s objectives. The same shall be in line with the associated SOPs.
• Setup the guidelines for dimensioning infrastructure across the whole Group of Operations.
• Design, implement, and maintain all security policies on infrastructure components in addition to securing critical servers with the required intrusion detection SW if necessary.
• Enforce backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Formulate a general framework for Email usage and Internet access.
• Monitor the maintenance of application architecture, processes, database structures and screen designs for consistency and ease of use for end users.
• Manage computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, configurations, implementation of new releases and other maintenance requirements across all departments, while ensuring high level performance, integrity and database security.
• Monitor, configure, troubleshoot and maintain various aspects of network connectivity, servers and systems including LANs, WANs, security and wireless implementations and other data communications systems to ensure uninterrupted performance and availability of the networks across all service lines.
• Lead the installation and commissioning of new LAN/WAN systems and coordinate with IT suppliers for installation requirements and equipment deliveries.

Qualifications, Work Experience and Skills Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Master’s in information technology would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 7- 10 years of senior experience in the IT Infrastructure field.
• Excellent knowledge in all IT Infrastructure and system administration fields.
