The Kafaat Foundation is looking for an IT specialist with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience to handle the following tasks:

·        Provide maintenance for eight servers: four virtual servers and four distributed across the various centers and sites of the Foundation.

·        Set up server roles: DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, Routing and Remote Access, Server Backup, Quota Management, IIS, SQL, Oracle, Virtualization, etc.

·        Configure network roles: VPN, SNAT, routing, VLANs, DHCP snooping, IGMP, firewall policies, authentication, MAC filtering, etc.

·        Configure internal network connections and link servers in different centers to the servers in the main Campus of the Foundation via a Virtual Private Network (VPN).

·        Provide data security against external breaches using three firewalls at the different centers and sites - Firewalls and Watchguard Fireware.

·        Configure Watchguard UTMs, HP/Cisco/Ubiquity switches and access points, Mushroom networks bbna, D-link/TP-link routers, etc.

·        Follow-up with software providers and train users where necessary on the different software programs used at the Foundation. Coordinate with companies and individuals handling software maintenance, and daily synchronization check between SQL databases related to the accounting software.

·        Follow-up with the developers of the various websites of the Foundation, provide maintenance and contribute to websites development where necessary. Efficiently maintain the renewal of all domain names and hosting for all websites of the organizations.

·        Assemble and configure computers and servers, install operating systems and software (formatting). Repair any computer-related devices (e.g., UPS, monitors, printers, mice) whenever possible.

·        Fluent in English with good communication skills
