Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to oversee the training and development programs for our pharmaceutical team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our pharmacists and related staff are equipped with the latest knowledge, skills, and compliance standards to provide exceptional service and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:

Design and implement comprehensive training programs for pharmacists and other staff.
Ensure training content aligns with industry standards, compliance requirements, and organizational goals.
Content Creation:

Develop educational materials on pharmaceutical products, regulations, and customer service.
Update training materials regularly to reflect new products, guidelines, and market trends.
Delivery of Training:

Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions.
Utilize innovative training methods, including digital platforms and e-learning tools.
Performance Monitoring:

Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Identify knowledge gaps and create strategies to address them.
Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure training aligns with local and international pharmaceutical regulations.
Maintain records of training sessions for audit purposes.
Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, management, and product teams to understand training needs.
Liaise with external trainers or consultants when specialized knowledge is required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in training or education, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design engaging and impactful training programs.
Proficiency in training software and e-learning tools is a plus
