IT Solution support engineer

The solution is a cloud communication platform for enterprises.

The job responsibilities include:

• Present demos to potential customers
• Handle customers inquiries
• Coordinate with sales about CR requests
• Collect requirements from potential customers
• Use APIs to connect to third party applications.
• Handle integrations with different databases
• Build custom reports based on the customer needs
• Coordinate with the platform support team for any level 2 or level 3 support
• Coordinate with the platform developers for any new features requests
• Test and validate new features

The job prerequisites are:

• Intermediate knowledge in HTML and JavaScript
• Intermediate programming proficiency
• Intermediate experience with databases
• Good experience in working with APIs
• Knowledge about CRMs
• Presentation skills
• Excellent proficiency in English

The office location is in Jdeideh.
Salary is based on experience
