Job Requirements:

Proficiency in MSSQL, React.js, Node.js, and Visual Studio.

Graduated from Technical Departments of Universities for at least two years (Computer Programming, Computer Technologies, etc.)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
Have a good level of English,
Preferably with experience in IT Service Management (ITIL),
Has work experience in Local Area Network (LAN) topologies, protocols (TCP/IP, QoS, VPN, etc.) and equipment (especially switches),
Knowledge and work experience in LAN installation, configurations, operation, Internet, Intranet, and security
Having experience in communication infrastructures (xDSL, ISDN, LL, TDM, Fiber, etc.) offered by Network Service providers,
Having sufficient knowledge to provide support about Microsoft (Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows 2016, Windows 2019 Server), Linux and mobile (IOS, Android, Windows Mobile, etc.) operating systems,
Having sufficient knowledge to provide maintenance and support on PC Desktop, Laptop and Server systems,


Experienced in the concept of Project Management and working in multiple project environments,
Able to use MS Office and MS Project programs very well,
Proactive and able to make quick decisions in problem-solving,
Strong communication skills,
Strong in analytical thinking, planning, and organization,
Attaching importance to teamwork, dynamic, adapting to change,
Open to learning and constantly renewing itself
