We are seeking a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our Instagram page (@ets.nakhle) while crafting compelling content that reflects our brand’s core values of exclusivity, individuality, and timeless elegance.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging and high-quality Instagram posts, Reels, and Stories to showcase new collections, styled looks, and luxury in-store experiences.

• Collaborate with our creative team to execute seasonal campaigns, outdoor shoots, and studio photoshoots that highlight our curated collections.

• Build and nurture relationships with our online audience, ensuring timely responses to DMs, comments, and inquiries.

• Analyze Instagram performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and growth.

• Manage 70-30 promotional-to-informative content, emphasizing storytelling and customer connection.

• Identify and collaborate with influencers, stylists, or familiar faces who align with our brand image.

• Stay ahead of luxury fashion trends and implement innovative strategies to maintain our brand’s relevance and exclusivity.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience managing Instagram for premium/luxury brands (fashion or lifestyle preferred).

• Strong expertise in creating visually appealing, on-brand content tailored to high-end audiences.

• A solid understanding of Instagram analytics and tools to measure performance and growth.

• Excellent communication skills with a talent for building online relationships.

• Familiarity with Lebanese culture, trends, and affluent target audiences.

• Creative thinking with an eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.

• Knowledge of basic photo or video editing tools is a plus.
