Job Overview:

We are seeking a SolidWorks Design Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a factory setting, preferably in the elevator industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and manufacturing plans for elevator components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks for elevator components, structures, and mechanisms.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and installation teams to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and manufacturable.
• Perform structural and mechanical analysis to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Modify and improve existing designs based on testing, feedback, and project requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly instructions.
• Ensure designs meet industry regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience using SolidWorks in a manufacturing or factory environment (preferably in the elevator industry).
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal design, mechanical components, and fabrication processes.
• Experience in creating detailed manufacturing drawings and 3D models.
• Understanding of elevator systems, structures, and safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
