o Install & troubleshoot CPE and wiring at customer premises.
o Install & troubleshoot Base stations, antennas wiring poles and their accessories at various locations as required.
o Document and Label equipment.
o Install maintain and troubleshoot power equipment as needed (Solar Panels, Inverters, UPS, batteries, etc.)
o Monitor link quality and respond/troubleshoot complaints.
o Ensure that equipment is properly protected (grounding, waterproofing, etc...)
o Stay on call for any urgent response or repair needed.
o Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate the CPE and other equipment.
o Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.…)

Qualifications
o 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
o Good knowledge of Mikrotik, Mimosa and Cisco equipment
o Honest, presentable, and hard working.
o Has a working knowledge of English
