Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Excel & Website Data Management Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing product prices and data on the website, ensuring that pricing is accurate and updated smoothly. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for performing daily website checks, collaborating with IT to ensure the website is running optimally, and adding new features to enhance user experience. A strong understanding of the products we offer is essential, as you will be tasked with ensuring that all product details are displayed correctly on the site.


Key Responsibilities:
• Price Management: Regularly update and adjust product prices on the website, using Excel to create and manage formulas for efficient price changes. Ensure pricing changes are implemented smoothly without disruption to the site.
• Daily Website Checks: Conduct daily website audits to ensure all products are correctly listed and displayed. Identify and resolve any bulk listing issues or discrepancies in product information.
• Collaboration with IT: Work closely with the IT team to ensure the website is updated regularly with the latest features, security patches, and content. Ensure the website runs efficiently without technical issues.
• Formula Management: Design and maintain efficient Excel formulas that simplify and automate pricing updates, stock adjustments, and product categorization to streamline the process.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products offered on the website to ensure accurate descriptions, prices, images, and other relevant information are displayed properly.
• Feature Updates: Assist in adding new features or improving existing ones on the website, helping to enhance user experience and overall website performance.
• Quality Control: Ensure the website remains free from errors or technical issues that could affect customer experience or sales. Monitor product listings for accuracy.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on website performance, pricing changes, and any issues found during daily checks. Report on new features and suggest areas for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven Experience: Previous experience in website data management, Excel formulas, and website content management is a plus.
• Excel Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and automation of tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and discrepancies, ensuring that all product information is accurate and up to date.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with IT personnel and other team members.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems and proactively offer solutions.
• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of web development processes, content management systems (CMS), and how websites operate.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to ensure deadlines are met.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web development tools.
• Understanding of e-commerce best practices.
