About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure top-tier service, delicious food, and an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage staff, monitor service quality, and ensure a smooth workflow.
Customer Satisfaction: Greet guests, handle complaints like a pro, and maintain a top-notch dining atmosphere.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff—turning them into a well-oiled machine of hospitality excellence.
Inventory & Cost Control: Keep track of supplies, control food and beverage costs, and reduce waste (no one likes throwing away good food).
Compliance & Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are met, because no one wants a food inspector shutting things down.
Sales & Promotions: Implement marketing strategies, special events, and promotions to keep the tables full.
Financial Management: Oversee budgets, revenue, and expenses—because great food should make profits, not just smiles.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (preferably in a high-end or busy restaurant).
Strong leadership and communication skills—because leading a team isn’t just about shouting orders.
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure (restaurant life is not for the weak).
Knowledge of inventory, budgeting, and cost control.
Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
Fluent in English & Arabic ,French .
