Position Overview
We seek a Project Manager to oversee and drive key engineering projects within our Data Center Test Solutions (DCTS) business unit. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or project management with experience handling technical projects. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure smooth project execution, meeting deadlines, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Project Planning & Execution
Review upcoming deadlines and ensure alignment with project milestones.
Develop and manage short- and long-term project plans, setting clear objectives and timelines.
✔️ Coordination & Communication
Conduct daily meetings with project teams to track progress and address roadblocks.
Communicate project updates, schedule changes, and budget adjustments to stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and upper management to ensure project success.
✔️ Task Management & Problem Solving
Track tasks and deliverables across all departments to maintain project momentum.
Identify and address project risks, timing issues, and scope changes.
Participate in product and tooling design reviews when necessary.
✔️ Budgeting & Reporting
Develop and manage cost sheets, consolidating key data for upper management review.
Advocate for additional funding and resource allocation when needed.
✔️ Continuous Improvement
Implement best practices in project management, optimizing workflows and team productivity.
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
